Come To Kathmandu

Another Monday morning
The stewards of the clouds have come to call
They couldn't see her
Cause they don't exist at all

Bring the torchlight
she's saliently kind
by the candelabra
where the stars have been aligned

Just walk right through it
as she turns to flee the light
I'm losing language
vanished from the line of sight

Feed the furnace
was at the ocean for a day
below the surface
there's a jellyfish ballet

It's one more place to exit
another chance to see right through
In the hours that are desperate
We all come to Kathmandu
come to Kathmandu

Magi in the matrix
turning somersaults to stone
Mercy in the morning
where the mockingbirds had flown

Unencumbered she outnumbered my motifs
She said "it's all illusions"
then disappeared in disbelief

Between constructions
in the fragments of a dream
Venus stumbles on a halo
on a halo
on a halo
in the age of steam

It's one more place to exit
another chance to see right through
In the hours that are desperate
We have come, come to Kathmandu
come to Kathmandu
ooh come to Kathmandu
ooh come to Kathmandu

She is merciless in luster
she's a passive devotee
she's redemption in a rainbow
of her own resplendentcy

It's one more place to exit
another chance to see right through
In the hours that are desperate
We have come, come to Kathmandu

ooh come to Kathmandu
ooh come to Kathmandu

oo my my, ride the waves to the sky
oo my my, ride the waves to the sky
oo my my, ride the waves to the sky
oo my my, ride the waves to the sky
